With more than 35 years of consulting experience, he supports leaders, managers, and teams to think clearly, act deliberately, and deliver meaningful results.

Hans is known for his practical, insight-led approach. He takes the time to understand the context, pressures, and ambitions of each organisation, then designs interventions that are relevant, engaging, and immediately applicable. His work focuses on self awareness, communication, decision making, and behaviour change, ensuring learning translates into real impact back in the workplace.
