About Hans Rostrup
Hans Rostrup is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Rostrup. An experienced facilitator, coach and learning and development practitioner, he has worked in consulting for over 25 years, including more than 25 years as an independent consultant.
Driven by passion
Over his career, Hans has designed and delivered development programmes across leadership, management, personal development, team improvement and sales. He is equally comfortable working one to one as he is facilitating for large groups. His style is engaging, practical and focused on real outcomes, both in person and online.

Hans takes time to understand the context, culture and goals of each client. He then designs interventions that are personalised for both the organisation and the individual. His “so what” mindset keeps every session grounded in practical application, not theory for its own sake. He challenges people to think clearly, build confidence and strengthen capability where it matters most.
A Trusted Reputation
After early training with Price Waterhouse (now PwC), Hans moved into organisational development. He went on to build long-term relationships with global organisations including Google, Farfetch, BT and CHUBB, many of whom see him as an extension of their internal teams.
